We are a boutique online store, as such, there may be times when an item may go out of stock during your purchase, and before we are able to post a notification on the Site. Once you have received your ordered goods, please inspect your purchase and adhere to our return policy if you need to return the merchandise. If a product is marked as a “Final Sale”, we will not offer a refund or accept a return.

On our Site Product Details Pages, we may provide you with a description and design details of your intended purchase. Such information may include, but is not limited to the approximate height and width, shape, gemstone, material type and quality. In addition to this information we may provide pictures of the product independently, on a mannequin, and/ or worn by a model (a person wearing the product), and/or a video of the product. While we make every effort to showcase each and every product as it really is, please keep in mind that depending on your technology device, brand and size, such as monitors for your computer, mobile phones, tablets, etc., products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size, this includes the actual photos and videos as well. While products worn by models provide the closest apparent size of products, mannequins and impressions are not people, and are smaller than people so product may show larger. Further, the color of some products may vary slightly due to the resolution of your device, and or the nature of artisan designs which is common with handcrafted products.
Gift Certificates:
Only Coché Jewelry online gift certificates are usable on the Site to purchase products we sale. Should the value of your gift certificate amount to less than the total purchase price of your goods, you will be responsible to pay the balance with one of our acceptable forms of payment. Our gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, gift certificates are not transferable, not refundable, and cannot be used to buy another gift certificate. Please keep in mind that we cannot replace online gift certificates that are lost or stolen.
